RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Drift & Thread, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
RETURNS
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. The return window may be extended to account for weekends or holidays.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing and paying for return shipping. Please contact Drift & Thread before returning an item to receive return instructions.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible refunds.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
REFUNDS
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the applicable 5% restocking fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Eligible unfulfilled orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or cancellation.
